Pictures that tell stories are my favorite. One day we as parents will cherish the images that we have that bring us back to the feeling of holding our chubby toddlers on our hip or the giggle faces our children make when they are tickled. One day our children will cherish the images they have WITH YOU. Not OF you, but with you. Whether they bring back memories of baking in the kitchen together, running on a beach, or the love in your face when you hold them close to you and give butterfly or eskimo kisses... these images are priceless. They do something for us that nothing else can. They allow us to feel again. This is my goal in each session- to tell the story of your family, to capture the genuine expressions of love, laughter, and togetherness; to provide you with the key to bringing moments that have passed back to life.

FAQ's
What should we wear?
I have some general suggestions that help you to plan your outfits for a family session and am happy to send that information to you if you would like! I am also more than
happy to help you select outfits if you send me pictures of what you are thinking or can even go as far as suggesting outfits to purchase online. Just ask!
Where and when do sessions take place?
We will decide on a location together! I have several suggestions that are local but if you have a location that has meaning to you or your family, that is even better!
Sessions take place about an hour and a half to two hours before sunset. This allows for the light to be that pretty golden color and not directly overhead or too bright causing squinty eyes. If you absolutely cannot do a session at this time just let me know and I will do my best to work with your schedule.
What about the weather?
If the weather seems troubling for your upcoming session we will touch base and decide together what is best.
If it is easier for you to reschedule a couple of days ahead when rain or high wind is being called for we can do that or we can make a call that day based on what weather comes.
We will always just reschedule to the next closest date that works for us both.
