WEDDINGS & ENGAGEMENTS
Wedding days are a mixture of nervous anticipation, amazing awe when a groom sees his bride for the first time, pure joy when a couple is announced to their reception filled with all of their closest family and friends, and moments of overwhelming love when parents glance over at their child on their wedding day and when the bride and groom meet eyes and recognize the moment they are standing in.
My favorite moments to capture in a wedding gallery are these. The ones that mean something- that bring back these feelings and allow you to relive the moment years later. The ones that tell a story- even to a stranger. This is my goal at each and every event and what brings me the greatest satisfaction in what I create. I am fully aware of the amount of time and money that is expected to go into planning such a day. I did it too and it was overwhelming at times. I truly want to honor that investment by providing you with not only a beautiful and timeless wedding gallery but with an experience that makes it all feel more than worth it. I am on your team, rooting for you and here to help you along the way from the moment you first inquire to the delivery of your wedding album. Some of my clients have even become lifelong friends.

Do you travel?
I do travel, however only for very selected dates a year. I have 3 little ones at home so it is a bit more difficult to spend more time away from them however if you have a date that requires travel please reach out to me and we can try to make it work!
i'm not sure I want an engagement session- what do you think?
Engagement sessions might be nerve wracking if you haven't been in front of the camera before, however let me put your mind at ease.
1. They are FUN! I promise. I'll be honest- the first probably 10 minutes are awkward. But we generally start by just chit chatting as we walk around to find spots where the light and background are good so we ease ourselves into it!
Some people fall more easily into natural posing and don't need many cues and others need more but
either way my cues are natural and are meant to create authentic smiles and interaction.
2. By the time we're done you'll be familiar with the process, my cues, a natural flow of posing, and way more at ease for the wedding day!
Think of the engagement session as practice for the big day!
3. This is usually a great time for me to learn about you both and get to know your personalities so that I am prepared to capture your personalities and style perfectly on your wedding day!
How would you describe your style?
Organic. Natural. Timeless. The images in my portfolio are a good example of my consistency. I prefer timeless images that show the details and the emotions as true as they can be. I aim for the real moments- not the posed ones.
